What Are Our Soldiers Dying For?

“The number of U.S. troops killed in Afghanistan has roughly doubled in the first three months of 2010 compared to the same period last year as Washington has added tens of thousands of additional soldiers to reverse the Taliban’s momentum.”
Where are the war protesters? Where is NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, PBS and NPR? Not a word about all the soldiers dying to eliminate the terrorist threat to our freedoms and the freedom of the Afghans, awhile Obama takes away our freedoms here at home. I’ll bet many of our soldiers are wondering what they are fighting for. I don’t think they would be too determined to fight if Obama told them they were fighting for more entitlements for his select few. They will be coming home to a “nanny state”. Nice, huh? Most won’t have jobs and the rest that do, will pay higher taxes, even more than the citizens of the former Soviet Union. I know, I was there and spoke to the people about this. How about 63% tax, thanks to Obama and his corrupt power hungry Democrat party? The cost of freedom is high, but the cost of tyranny is higher. Which and what price are we willing to pay and does Obama, Pelosi and Reid really care? Then there is the Communist loving revolutionaries that Obama appointed to his cabinet. They obviously hate America and conservatives. Add Christians to that!
I used to think that the fighting men in the former Soviet Union were fighting, not for freedom, but to give more power to their leaders while losing their own. Only a “dumbed down” America would do the same. That’s what we have under our pc government schools, most ivy league universities, the mainstream news media and even some of our churches.
Is there really any difference between the Reverend Wright and Obama in what they believe about our country and the American people? At least the Reverend Wright doesn’t hide it!
