A Settled Issue

I believe we all know by now that a Socialist takeover of our country is in play by Obama and his Czars. Pelosi and Reid are part of it and pushing for a quick takeover, hoping many will not notice. Well, we notice! Without Chicago style corruption and arm twisting, along with groups like ACORN, Obama would still be a nobody, still hanging around with his revolutionary communist sympathizers and still seeking guidance with the Reverend Wright as he said on several occasions before his election. His values are clearly un-American and his actions are clearly un-constitutional.
The big question is: How long are we going to put up with it and do we really care? When will a real statesman come forward and hold him accountable? Are our leaders too intimidated by Obama do to do anything? So far it looks that way! It’s pretty sad when we must depend on talk show people to expose the corruption going on with our elected officials instead of the news media. Something is amiss here!
“Do we really care?” I would guess that those who really care make up about the same percentage of people who will cast their votes this coming Tuesday. That’s a pretty small percentage but sadly, I think it is a fairly accurate estimate. The average American either doesn’t care what is happening to America or doesn’t know. Most likely both.
As perverse as it sounds, Obama’s attempt to, “fundamentally transform America,” may be our last chance to return to at least a modicum of our constitutional heritage. In my estimation, it will take nothing short of disaster to bring enough people to the realization that this Marxist egomaniac is not the protector of America but its would be destroyer. God willing, we will be able to keep the great ship from sinking.
