Confusion not seen
Aug 30th, 2008 by Randy Toman
Liberals and progressives have twisted the political process so much that you cannot tell from where the needs of government are driven. Is it government that drives the engine of spending or is it the true need of the people? One of President Woodrow Wilson arguments for a more centralized, larger government was a new form of responsibility, which had the notion that a science of politics properly understood began with society and worked from there to government. And from that concept we have over the last 120 +/- years seen the process perverted into having the government thinking power and control through varied government programs is the accepted thing. Wilson believed the constitution was inadequate for the task of modern government. But I say if you take the constitution away you will have government go a rye, and the progressive does not know that nor does he want to believe that.
Both the government and the constitution had to be changed to address these social issues, for you see the social structural needs did not match the governments ability to service the citizens needs, so the Wilson progressives thought. For one thing the constitution was by definition not enough of a democracy to enable these progressives to be flexible with their socialistic government programs. Out of this attempt of change there was born the concept of “flexibility in interpretation” allowing for challenge and twisting of word definition. This challenge and re-challenge of the constitution became the norm and we are only too familiar with the ACLU and the likes of these types of constitutional challenge.
The progressive also develop a systematic scheme of connecting corruption and/or perversion to different entities rather then guilt through individual responsibilities. One example we will be seeing from now until November the playing of the race card. If Randy is a racist and I’m not, every Tom, Dick, and Harry associated with me are races by association, and the spin of the mass media, help in formulating these injustices, when they should be working to heal the land rather then promote the evilness of racism.
The Liberal/Progressive have twisted “life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” into argument for social and economic political programs of so-called justice which is to be applied to the social fabric and citizen of the land. The twisting of what should be truth and justice becomes a tool of power and control that is used against it citizens. If this is not confronted through serious efforts we will see something that will be difficult to understand. That something will be tyranny by Democracy or Democratic tyranny, the fusion of public opinion that becomes the passion of the society all with thought of control by a political entity. The Liberal/Progressives have no idea as to the danger of not keeping these passions and the government instrumentality of political guidance separate. We shall see in the next 60 days confusion that here to, has not been seen in the United States, let us pray for God’s mercy and guidance.
