The phenomena that keeps resurfacing in my thinking is the fact that we are in the political stage were the liberal Democrat and the Republican is doing nothing but talking issues/problems and neither one is stopping to analysis the others proposition.  I hear nothing of debate of positions with statements defining or refuting that position. I hear only a supposed factual need being stated by the politician, never reasoning that the need is within the obligation of government to supply it.  It is never an argument that government can’t afford such an enterprise, and always assumed, by the liberal we can pay for it with higher taxes.  It is always assumed the need is there, that, that need is well within the government’s budget to pay for it, and finally that need is within the Constitutional framework and would be legal to bring into law.  It is either, yes or no never is this so.

If there are issues argued in that fashion I must have missed it.  And by that I mean a point-by-point argument with each of the points being resolved before moving to the next point and on to a final passage of the bill.
 
There is another phenomena that has caught my attention which I’m sure I’m not the originator nor discoverer of, and it has been around for along time.
 
The radio talk show people have at their command some 20-30 million listeners on any given day of broadcasting.  That in it self is a large segment of America and on a whole the listener tends to agree with each other and all run fairly parallel in agreement with the host.  That is why they are listening. They would all pretty much agree with any given solution discuss by the host so here is the question.  Why is there not more being accomplished through these efforts?

This second phenomena that I speak of is the ability of the politician to ignore the talk show hosts and their listeners, the people as a whole and finally we as individual citizens.  We have a continuing series of issues that never get addressed and/or we are placated with no real solution.  Why is that?

The question keeps getting asked.  Why are the Republican spineless?  The answer is it suit’s their interest and propose.  The fakeness of conflict is easy and not only easy but serves all of the politician’s interest and keeps the boat from rocking, so they think and to ignore us is their answer to us as citizens.
