Double Standard Media

The media and the Dems get away with their double standard of the way they treat the conservatives versus liberals. They do it over and over again. Some examples:
“Several people were caught on an open mike mocking Sarah Palin for delivering a “roller coaster”-type speech after she addressed California State University, Stanislaus on Friday.”
“Vice President Biden called the manager of a custard shop outside of Milwaukee, Wis., a “smartass” after the man asked him to lower taxes.”
When General McChrystal’s staff members made snide remarks about Biden and Ambassador Richard Holbrooke, McChrystal lost his job, along with the staff members. The general’s career is shot! Even though the staff members may have had their own reasons to make the comments they did, they should have kept their feelings to themselves. Did the reporter for Rolling Stone magazine care about what he was doing when he reported what he did? No! He’s a lib! Now, in a separate incident, “Bite Me” Biden can badmouth a restaurant owner and that isn’t condemned by the mainstream media. Other reporters can do the same to the former Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin and nothing is said in her defense by the media hypocrites.
The mainstream media should always look out for the people, not the government, when the people are being misled or lied to. Instead the media is joining in with the perpetrators and helping to mislead and lie to the people. We can expect the government to lie to us since they covet power over honesty but the media should be neutral and honest. Isn’t that their function or is their function to be propagandists against their own citizens? Should they be actively participating in helping to elect only one party or should they keep us informed so we the people can determine who runs the country?
