It was interesting the decision to scarp the missle defense shield involving Poland was announced on September 17 --- the 60th anniversary of the Soviet Union's invasion of Poland. Obama is alledged to be the SMARTEST President ever. So I take that to mean he knows his history. I also take it to mean HE KNOWS what day it is when he makes any given announcement. But, as far as everybody else seems to be concerned, this sort of stuff is just a co-inky-dink. Developing into a ever-present question swirling about for Obama and his foreign policies : Is this guy stupid or this guy the enemy?
