GM In Trouble-Again?

From Autonews.com:
“GM needs people with automotive experience at the top of the corporation. It needs top executives who have had operational experience in the automotive industry. The current situation offers plenty of evidence for the GM board.”
“Much work remains for GM before the U.S. government has a prayer of getting back its money.” http://www.autonews.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20120813/OEM01/308139978/1193
Government getting back it’s money? What about the people getting back their taxes that Obama took from us to make himself look good? Isn’t it just astounding how the progressives think our money is theirs and that they are compassionate for the people they give our money to? Then he has the nerve to call Romney Robin Hood! Robin Hood took back the money and goods that the king took from the people and gave it back to the people. Omama takes from the owners and gives it to the people that didn’t own it then doesn’t want them to work for it either! I guess that’s what Kings do to create more hopeless servants. The only thing the servants have to give back is their votes! Without that, the King can not survive! So, stealing from the haves and giving to the have-nots is the name of the game for the King and his court to survive! I call it theft and bribery!

Just an FYI, President Bush, when he kicked this can down the road, put $25B into the auto bailout. After taking office in 2009 President Obama put an additional $22B into the automakers. Those are the facts, even though they may not fit with your tidy little story. And please do not forget that the Canadian Government put a large sum of money into the automakers on their side of the border as well.
Another forgotten fact is that the largest proponent of the auto bailout was Toyota Motor Corp. Why? because they understood the domino effect that would have resulted in GM and Chrysler becoming insolvent. Auto suppliers would have gone down as well causing havoc for all global auto manufactures.
But why let the fats get in the way of your ideology, right?

Make sure you do your part by buying one of those worthless “Volts” to help out Obama! Part of those profits goes to the UAW unions so they can give Obama more money to campaign on. Nice little arrangment!
In my opinion, the best thing that could have helped GM was to file bankruptcy and let the chips fall where they may. If you want to help GM or any company from failure, take the money out of your own pocket! Rebounding from failure makes us all stronger! Rewarding failure is bad for America and the dems are good at it!
Just because President Bush did something does not make it right! Bush was wrong. The 2008 Republicans in the Senate and House were wrong. President Obama and the Dems are wrong too. Going forward, for the sake of our children, quit playing politics and look at the facts. We cannot afford to bail out these companies.
