Helping The Poor?
Jul 19th, 2009 by The Outsider
Is the stimulus money helping the ones mostly in need or is it helping the people most likely to make political contributions to the Dems! In any case, entitlements go mostly to the ones who vote for the Democrats. I suspect that all the money that Obama ever made came from the taxpayers one way or the other. Is he our first “victim” president? He sure spends other people’s money like a “you owe me” victim!

Whatever happened to the “Bailout Bill” of October 2008? How did that help the poor?

There is two ways to help the poor.
1. Educate and train the poor so they can get jobs. Then they will be equiped to help themselves.
2. Give them what they want buy taxing the working class.
Which one is the Obama and the liberals way and which one is the conservatives way? Which party supports school vouchers for the poor so that they can get a better education and out of the failed inner city schools? Which party and what president called out the National Guard so a black man could attend a college in the south that would not allow blacks to attend? Who voted for or against civil rights for blacks in 1964? (It was Dirksen who often took to the Senate floor to declare, “This is an idea whose time has come. It will not be denied.” Dirksen’s greatest triumph earned him the Leadership Conference of Civil Rights Award, presented by then-NAACP Chairman Roy Wilkins, for his remarkable civil rights leadership.) Dirksen was a Republican!
