I Told You So!
Mar 2nd, 2009 by The Outsider
In some of my past postings, I’ve written about the Democrats and especially Obama and Hillary and how they will favor the Muslims over Israel in their Mideast policies. I was right!
Obama and the Whitehouse is getting upset because they believe Israel is doing some construction in area E1, an area in eastern Jerusalem.
Said one Israeli official: “If the U.S. notices even one bulldozer on the region of E1, they immediately call us on the level of [Prime Minister Ehud] Olmert and ask Olmert what that bulldozer is doing there and whether we are planning anything in Jerusalem.”
What business is it of the Whitehouse? Article below:

As I read through these postings I can’t help but wonder what ever happened to broad perspective thinking, information research and just plain getting all the facts Dano!
Sees we Americans live in sound bytes and newspaper clips. We are fanatical about labeling people with some brand or another. Conservative, liberal, kook, every person has to fit somewhere or they simply cannot exist.
If I’m a conservative I look at Obama and call him a socialist, liberal, far-left or whatever. If I am a liberal, I look at Obama and call him visionary, thoughtful, deep-thinker.
So what is the real deal? Has anyone just taken a deep breath and tried to think out what is happening around us? It appears not.
This current crisis didn’t just crop up out of the blue last October or November. This has been brewing for at least 8 to 10 years, and maybe longer. The whole story lies in the global economy, not just the economy of the USA. There are so many factors that wash into the broad picture, it would be difficult, if not impossible to point one finger at one person or situation. What is being done now, pork and all, is necessary and perhaps even beneficial across the board. Time will tell, but in the meantime the new President was handed this situation on a not-so-silver platter. Regardless of our ideologies, name calling, finger pointing, and disprespect will do little to solve the issues. Let’s be Americans, let’s work toward solutions, give a new guy a chance, and try calling each other “our brothers” if we have to label everyone.
Yep, why don’t we just hug one another and feel good? Like the Democrats did to Sarah Palin. Obama wants to change our country from Capitalism to Socialism. Is that ok with you? It isn’t with me!
“What is being done now, pork and all, is necessary and perhaps even beneficial across the board.”
By you saying the above, you apparently have little knowledge of economics. Obama has no clue either. Rewarding failure will not solve any one’s problems. Giving entitlements to people who haven’t earned them is no way to solve their problems, never has, never will. The stimulus bill is not a stimulus bill, it is a method for the Democrats to increase their voter base and to increase their power.
The first thing that should have been done is to put Barney Frank and Chris Dodd in jail. That is what should have been done. The next would be to kick out all the wimpy Republicans for not stopping them and holding them accountable.
Mark my word, things will get a whole lot worse under Obama. Socialism has never worked anywhere.
Carole, one more thing. I have been around long enough to know a Socialist when I see one and Obama is a Socialist. I have a right to say that. Joe “the plumber”, expressed his feelings to Obama and they went after him and tried to destroy him. The Dems also want to re-introduce the “Fairness Doctrine”. That is Socialist!! The Democrats are never held accountable for anything and it is time that they are.
Dear Ms. Butler,
I don’t care how broad one’s perspective is, I’d rather have a narrow truth then a broad perspective that takes in every lie that comes down the pike. Your “Broad” perspectives are too inclusive and are allowing to many errors to sneak in under the guise of compromise.
You said, “This current crisis didn’t just crop up out of the blue—” I guess not, it’s been brewing now since 1929, one could even start at 1913, the instituting of the income tax and the Federal Reserve System. And if you can’t point your finger at one person, as you have said, we shall not, but rather point it at the “Socialistic beliefs of our commander-in-chief and the simple fact he is accelerating the process toward “Socialism”. And what kind of nonsense is this; “What is being done now, pork and all, is necessary and perhaps even beneficial across the board.” Can you really believe putting our great, great, great, grand children in hock up to their eyeballs is the prudent thing to do, if so then we truly do have a difference in ideologies, and I dare say worldviews. The Bible says, The borrower in servant to the lender. How does that fit into your worldview?
You also said, “Let’s be Americans—give a new guy a chance,—” I’m afraid we are not acting like true Americans because if we had been acting like the founding father (True American’s) this situation would never have gotten this far, before the musket would have come out. And as far as giving this guy a chance, we shall see how much rope this new guy needs before he hangs us all.
I’ll close with this. Politics is a religion and right now we have the religion of “Socialism” running the government and our politics. And by the way that is not a perspective but a truth. Worldviews dictate politics and religion dictate worldviews. So I would suggest you be real careful how much “chance you want to give this new guy and his politics.
