Iran and Israel-War or Peace?
Sep 4th, 2010 by The Outsider
The cat and mouse game going on between Iran and Israel has been going on for a long time. This game can have extremely serious consequences however, since the weapons that may be used are nothing less than nuclear types.
Iranian President Ahmadinejab dismissed the peace talks, saying “the fate of Palestine will be decided in Palestine and through resistance and not in Washington.” What does “resistance” mean?
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton got it right when she said these latest Palestinian/Israeli peace talks could be the “last chance” for peace. In my humble opinion, Israel and Netanyahu want peace and the Palestinians do not! Who is running the circus in the Mideast? Abbas or Ahmadinejab?
Ahmadinejab talks big and opens his mouth without thinking about what he is saying. That alone could cause a war but he could not care less. I ruled out him being stupid once, since I didn’t think any person with so much at stake, could be that stupid. Or can he be that stupid? Does he have any idea of what a possible nuclear war will do to the Mideast? The devastation of property and the loss of life will be horrific. The whole Mideast region may never be the same. It is incomprehensible what might transpire when a nuclear war is fought. Will the U.S. be dragged into the war? How about the other Arab countries and our only ally in the Mideast, Israel?
Ahmadinejab should think before he speaks! The only reason I can come up with as to why he says what he says is that he really wants to “wipe Israel off the map”! He is nothing less than a modern day Hitler! And what is the U.S. doing to stop the madness under Obama’s Mideast policies? Not much! Talk is cheap and Ahmadinejab isn’t listening. Is Obama listening to the S.O.S.? Does he care about Israel or does he care more about the Ahmadinejab backed Palestinians? On the other hand, does Ahmadinejab respect and fear Obama and what he may do if he continues on with his pursuit of nuclear weapons development? My answer is an obvious NO!
The stakes are too high to ignore this dilemma. It all comes down to elections and why they matter. The mainstream media and the leftist bias in our government schools and universities are mainly to blame for putting Obama in office along with the corruption of Obama himself and his groups like ACORN. I wasn’t a huge fan of G.W. Bush but he beats the heck out of Obama on every political issue that faced the U.S.. Political correctness has overtaken our common sense. Thank you watchdog mainstream media! Your bias and support for pushing Obama as president may cost us all more than you never imagined! The wimps in the Republican party establishment are also to blame. The next two elections will determine our fate if we make it that far since “Tom and Jerry” are getting serious! Pray that it isn’t too late!

informed israeli sources claim that once again, as under clinton, israel will be willing to share jerusalem in exchange for only the real recognition for their right to exist, but that might be more than abbas (like arafat) can offer
Mike,
I think it is Iran that is calling all the shots when it comes to the Palestinian negotiations with Israel and the U.S.. Netanyahu, in my humble opinion, gave up too much when he gave back the Golan Heights that was taken during the 67 war with Syria. That territory is being used to launch attacks against Israel. How much more land should Netanyahu give up to obtain peace? Abbas has little clout and the Dems don’t give a twit about Israel. Carter and Clinton were both anti-Israel and Obama is certainly pro-Muslim. The only reason Obama is wanting peace talks now is is because he knows real trouble could start at any time. He is more worried about Israel attacking nuclear facilities in Iran than Iran developing nuclear weapons. The Palestinian/Israel peace efforts are nothing less than a political sideshow to divert attention away from Iran and Obama’s low approval ratings. American Jews are slowly questioning Obama’s sincerity about Mideast policy. Here: http://english.golan.org.il/
