Jesus tells the Pharisees what they and the people are really like.
Mark 7:6 King James
This people honoreth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.
This is what they should be like.
Act 17:11 King James
These were more noble (the men at Berea) than those in Thessalonica in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
But that is not so, we have an evil mix of evil men.
Ezekiel 33:31 King James
….they hear thy words, but they will not do them: for with their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness.
They make folly with words and act the part of fools.
Isaiah 28:13 King James
But the word of the Lord was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; Line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
They are not only fools but rebels.
Isaiah 30:1 King James
Woe to the rebellious children, saith the Lord, that take counsel, but not of me: and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin.
You can’t even talk to them they have lost their reasoning.
Jeremiah 6:10 King James
To whom shall I speak, and give warning, that they may hear? Behold their ear is uncircumcised, and thy can not hearken: behold, the word of the Lord is unto them a reproach; they have no delight in it.
The Priest and Prophet, men that should have knowledge and wisdom, but do they? Take a close look at the church and what do you see?
Jeremiah 6:10 King James
….the prophet even unto the priest everyone dealth falsely.
Do we have any peace? We are killing millions of babies/children either in school or in the womb.
Jeremiah 6:14 King James
….peace, peace; when there is no peace.
The fool was not a shame and they are such fools they don’t know they will fall.
Jeremiah 6:15 King James
Were they a shamed when they had committed abomination? Nay, they were not at all a shamed, …. Therefore they shall fall among them that fall ….
The fools seek neither old paths nor rest.
Jeremiah 6:16 King James
Thus saith the Lord, stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.
The Trumpet is not yet loud enough for fools to hear.

Does the congregation hear? You tell me.

What is to happen?

How bad is it? You tell me.

Isn’t this what the people think of the politicians in Washington, both D’s and R’s (all corrupters) together they can’t muster better then 11% approval rating. You tell me, is it serious?
