USNorthComm Commander, Air Force General Gene Renuart and Canadian Air Force Lt. General, sign agreement Feb 14th to allow each to assist one another during domestic civil emergencies. This agreement was not submitted to congress for approval. Neither did the Canadian Harper government report this to the press. Will this lead to a North American military? Read full article:
