There has been a lot of hate going on lately in which innocent people have been killed. The above articles and many others have been initially reported by the mainstream media but whenever the suspect or the instigator of the crime has been found out to be a person from the left and a supporter of Obama, the media seems to lose interest in a follow-up. This is the same media that are constantly calling the “Tea party” members, hate mongers, fascists, racists, right wing gun toting militia members and a danger to society.

I’ve been to many tea parties including the big one at the 9-12 event in DC and I have seen NO hate or violence at any of them. I did, however, see an African American man being beat up by SEIU and ACORN members at a town hall meeting with Missouri Claire McCaskill at a town hall meeting.  He was handing out political paraphernalia that just happened to support conservative positions. No mention of that by the mainstream media!

Then there was the black militia (Black Panther) types carrying nightsticks in Philadelphia intimidating whites going to the pols to vote.  Obama’s Attorney General Erik Holder left them off the hook because they were black Obama supporters.

We all know that there is a double standard in reporting news by the mainstream media and to deny that is being dishonest or plain stupid.

One of the problems we face as Americans is political correctness and the consequences it brings to our society. We never seem to look at causes, just the actions. Why is there so much hate on the left? Is it a taught behavior? How do so many become so filled with hate? I think we should start with the government schools. When is the last time most parents made an effort to find out what their children are learning? After all, it is YOUR tax dollars at work. Our colleges and universities are another source of far left propaganda instilled into the mushy minds of our youth by leftist professors. Maybe I’m a sceptic, but I don’t believe this is accidental. By the way, Obama was one of those professors!

We should be taking a hard look at our schools for breaching our trust. We failed to do that with electing Obama and now look at where we are at! Some call him a Socialist, I see him as being much closer to a Communist, judging by his actions and policies, not always by what he says. It’s time to stop kidding ourselves and to forget political correctness and call it the way it is! That is really what the Tea Parties are all about, not hate!

Well Saturday the 27th (February 2010) was the PA Lehigh County Republican Party’s Lincoln Day fund raising breakfast.  As usual I saw people’s faces that I never see at the regular meetings and have know idea who they were.  The guest speaker was going along fine until the end of his speech when he went off the track by bringing in the lesser of two evils and the possibility of having to vote for that person and I guess it was for the sake of unity because he called for the people in the room to unite and I guess people in general.  He also said that it was our fault that we are on this path and that President Obama is president and guess what I couldn’t agree more.  But unity, when voting for the lesser of two evils is not the answer folks nor is rallying around somebody you never know when he/she is going to go South on you and/or make a wrong turn.

The one thing that was missing through out the speech was the word “Principles” I don’t remember hearing the speak saying anything like “We have lost our principles and the truth of what the founders sought to accomplish in bringing them into the “Constitution”, nor were those principle came from. 

But let me not get to emotional or appear to be irrational and just say—– for anyone to say to me I should consider voting for the lesser of two evils and suggest I unite behind that person has no idea what he is saying or who he is talking too.  I have watch for a long, long time, the strategy and philosophy of voting for the lesser of two evils, and guess what folk’s—– it has not and is not working.

Let me keep it short and just say voting for the lesser of two evils creates the largest possible tent you want to imagine, all in the Republican Party’s name and with the unity of a bunch of fools heading for the cliff like lemmings.  But let me be kind to the party and speaker and say, I’m sure that is not the lesser of two evils, the speaker nor the party have in mind.  But that is the lesser of two evils you have and will continue to get.

Below is a couple of sentences from two of my February articles that have developed into quite an exchange between some dear friends.  One of which is a devoted fan of Glenn Beck.  This is good because it gives me a chance at explaining what I was trying to say regarding Beck and the talk show hosts hurting the movement.

“Were there is no principles there will be at best, ethics that are confused, at worse, no ethics at all.  For ethics seek to answer three questions.
1. What is the motive of human action?
2. What is the standard of human?
3. What is the end or purpose of human action?”

Exactly what am I talking about when I said, Beck, Rush, Hannity maybe starting to hurt the cause?  Rush has been in the business longer then any of the talk show people and has been educating people going on 20 years.   So what am I saying is, they must take the people to the next level, which must be an action item.  Allow me to quote from “American Majority” Activist Training manual (page 4) In bold letters we have this:

“WATCH OUT
A lack of clear goals and step-by-step planning will make a well-meaning coalition completely ineffective.  This is why coalitions should avoid the mistake of holding meetings that are based simply on discussion, while not at the same time planning strategic methods to promote or resolve the uniting issue.  Repetitive “gripe sessions” accomplish nothing.”

The fact that the talk show people have been educating the people was needed and I’m sure much appreciated by the followers of those different shows but it is now time to move to the next level of the educational process.  There must be a series of action items suggested by Beck, Rush, Hannity, these different plans will do at least two things.
 
1/ Take the emotion and energy to a higher level of involvement, with the people having direction and knowing they are working toward resolution.

2/  It will take the power and more so the authority completely out of the politicians hands and put it back into the hands of “We the People” because of these action items.

If the talk show people keep on talking, and telling the citizens how bad things are, not give them direction, it will lead to confusion of effort and/or efforts of little effect.  Further more the situation will continue to deteriorate until it will truly be passed the point of being capable of correction.

So therefore I said; “ I think they are starting to hurt the movement.”

To be more accurate I should have said, “I think they will start to hurt themselves and the people.”   And that starting will take place this year, because confusion and chaos is right around the corner because of this observation.

We had our Concerned Citizens of Bethlehem Area School District  (CC-BASD) meeting last night 2/24/10.  We had the Mid Atlantic Reformation Society in to give us their presentation called “Christian Civil Government” one of the main points of that presentation was the Christian view of Power verse Authority.

I had made this remark to one of the folks who was attending the meeting;
  
“We are living in confusing time and the talk show hosts Beck, Rush, Hannity, are not helping the cause anymore and I think they are starting to hurt it.”

  The remark was not elaborated on by me and we just went on with our conversation as it would unfold but allow me to add to it now.  We cannot continue down this path of being so out of step with our government and still survive.  This is what I came across this evening, if this is the beginning of suspect, confusion cannot be to far down the road and when confusion sets in, there will be chaos right around the corner.

“Let’s get Beck to run for office! George Soro’s can be his campaign fund raiser. If you research Soro’s you’ll see who he’s aligned with and what he controls. Him and a few other Elitists control just about all media. So if they didn’t want Beck stirring up the pot and dividing us, they would shut him down.

One of the problem areas that I see starting to come to the forefront loud and clear is the fact that we have no way of stopping any of the wrongness that is happening to the citizens.  We are finding that to be the case within the school district and school board.  You have it at the “State level”, “Federal level” and more so at the local level because you are close to it and it does not take you long to come to the realization something is wrong and yet a little longer you realize you can’t change it.  This, my dear people is a dangerous situation.
We Shall See if what I see is recognized by others because teaching is not the problem any more, people are starting to understand something is not right, the problems will really begin when the people realize they can’t change anything.

I was watching Glenn Beck give a speech at CPAC a few days ago and he referred to the Republican party as being just as bad as the Democrat party. He doesn’t trust either party.

I wonder if he really means that or if he just doesn’t want to take sides. Iv’e been on both sides over time and I have seen everything. The far left has taken over the Democrat party and the Republicans are constantly caving in to demands made by the left just to keep things moving along. There is one thing I can say about the Democrats and that is, they are not a bunch of wimps like the Republicans. There is one other observation I have made and that one is a big one. I see more lies coming out of the mouths of the Dems in one week than I have seem coming from the Repubs in 4 years. These lies are so many that I couldn’t list half of them if I took a whole month getting sore fingers tapping the keys.

I have hope for the Repubs but not for the Dems. I think the lack of moral values has something to do with the behavior of the Democrats and I also believe we all have become too accepting of their failures and deliberate corruption for the sake of power and money. Doesn’t speak well for us, does it? We elected them and we need to look at why we did. Our government needs a major house cleaning and only we can do that! We can not afford another year of Obama, literally.

I was afraid this would happen. China is dumping our debt. This might be the beginning of an international “adjustment” in the world economy with us begging other countries to get stuck holding the bag for our debt. Why would any sane financially responsible person want to do that. Just like Obama’s word, our bonds and fiat money is worthless! Survival might depend on bartering with one another and doing things like gardening, canning, etc. Don’t look to the government for help! They are no less than a bunch of parasites living off the earnings of the people they hate–the rich!  Read story here.

When the private sector gets involved in becoming a monopoly, the government steps in and puts them out of business. When the government does it, they say it is necessary to keep things “fair”! The private sector believes in competition as a means of producing quality; both in products and in intellectual superiority. The government believes in hanging on to cushy jobs in lieu of making things better by competition and hiring the best person for the job.

This has been going on for too many years now and we are feeling and seeing the effects of failed government policies. The government schools are hurting us the most, particularly in the inner cities among the poor. Obama said a good education is the best weapon against poverty and yet he cancelled the Washington DC voucher school program. Why did he do that? He cares more about the school unions and the big campaign contributions his party gets from the unions, than he cares about the 50% drop-out rate among black males. Then there is the problem of dependency and all the crime that comes with it in those poor areas. The illegitimate birth rate makes up almost 72% of all births among the African American woman. The irresponsible fathers are nowhere to be found.

So what are the schools teaching? The schools are supposed to be a place to learn and think for one’s self. Instead they are more like a breeding ground for dependency, liberal thought and the world view that “we can do whatever we want and the government will take care of us!

John Stossel has an article on this subject worth reading. California is finally getting wise to the educational problem they face and are doing something about it. The “dumbing down” of America will have to stop if we are to compete with other countries for manufacturing jobs and to develop our technology to stay ahead. We have not been doing very well at this lately. ”A mind is a terrible thing to waste”, the saying goes! What the Dems really mean to say is: ”A vote is a terrible thing to waste”.  Just ask the SEIU members!

“In an interview with Bloomberg Business Week that hit newsstands Friday, Obama declared that a presidential budget commission needs all options on the table, including tax increases and cuts in such programs as Social Security and Medicare.”

Obama knows he will have to raise taxes and cut certain social programs to pay for all his pet projects that he believes are necessary to create “Hope and Change” that he referred to during his campaign. He wants to spread the wealth around to his biggest contributers and to his loyal voter base that is getting larger and larger. Why are these groups getting larger instead of more self dependant? For one thing, many of these groups are being dumbed down in the schools and really believe the lies they have been fed for the last 40 years. Are any of these people better off as a result of entitlements given at the expense of the working class? Of course not! I guess a professional liar is one that is so good at it that he believes himself.

Where does wealth come from? Entrepreneurship and innovation with hard work is essential and intellectual resources usually come from the people that do not depend on government for anything. The government stifles growth and encourages dependency. The American people are fast realizing this and are really beginning to wake up. The government on the other hand, is still pushing the same old progressive failures that we have been subjected to for far too many years. If this doesn’t change soon, we will become worse off than most third world countries since we have much more to lose. We already know that Obama and his Socialist friends won’t change. They are still trying to convince us that their ideas are what we need if only they can be more effective at getting their message to the people. Pelosi says they need to climb the wall to get inside their Utopian world and if that doesn’t work, to get lifted in by helicopter. How about following the laws and the Constitution and above all, listening to the people?

Meanwhile, Biden is taking credit for the success in Iraq, Obama is ”creating or saving” jobs for workers and wanting to “work” with Republicans on health-care and other issues. believe that one and I have a bridge to sell! What Obama really means is that he wants to refuse the ideas put forth by the Republicans and tell the leftists in the mainstream media that the Repubs are “the NO party” with no ideas. If that doesn’t work, he’ll blame Bush. Can we really expect anything different from the progressives? Obama was an anti American Chicago style “community” organizer, hanging around with far left revolutionaries like Ayers, Rezko and other extremists. Pelosi is nothing less than a “valley girl” from San Francisco who is full of hate for the average working class men and woman. Erik Holder is totally unqualified for being US Attorney General since he treats the terrorists as common criminals like the black panther group that intimidates voters in Philadelphia. Obama appointed advisor Van Jones is a self admitted Communist, others are sex perverts making decisions about what our children should learn in our tax paid for schools. Obama supports the murderers at planned Parenthood and badmouths “Joe the plumber” who is just a regular guy trying to make a living by actually working for it. Top Obama advisor Rahm Emanual calls anyone who disagrees with him, “f—ing retards”. Geithert doesn’t pay his taxes and is excused because he is “too important”! Barney Frank and Chriss Dodd caused the housing crisis and put the whole country in financial peril and is ignored by the mainstream media when they should be sitting in prison with Bernie Madoff eating bread and water. The damage they caused is hundreds of times worse than what Madoff did.

The latest flip-flop by Obama is his excusing of the CEO’s at Fannie Mae for giving themselves a huge bonus out of the profits they are making from the bailout WE paid for. But……what do I know, I’m just a working class tea bag member! There are millions of us getting angrier and angrier every day, while the Dems spend more and more of our children’s and Grandchildren’s future money they have yet to earn. This is destroying the future growth of America.

The failure of Communism and Socialism in the former Soviet Union, Cuba, China and other places like Venezuela have taught nothing to the progressives like Obama and most in the Democrat party. There are also a few of these in the Republican party. If this country is to survive the failures that the Progressives keep pushing on the American people, they MUST be defeated! We should start at the bottom with the government schools first, the Unions, the mainstream media, the entertainment media and our government. There are other institutions but the schools should be the first.

The Republican Party is being challenged by the American people through the Tea Party movement.  The Tea Party folks are preempting the very position that the Republican’s should have, the Republican’s should not be competing with the Tea Party folks.  In this peculiar facet of this phenomenon we find the political parties attempting to do the same function as the Tea Party group, putting forth candidates for ballot positions and election.  It has been noticed by the Republican Party at least, that they may start to have some serious competition from this group of giant killers called the Tea Party Movement.

The Republican Party has no idea why they are playing second fiddle to this TP movement.  They have no idea why the movement has grown, almost over night to be a perceived threat to Republican politics, as some think. 

The Republican Party lacks understanding in what has happen, to themselves and they don’t understand why the TP movement is growing by leaps and bounds and becoming a threat to their political machine.  In order that the Republican Party comes to understand the problem they would be force to recognize this simple fact.  The TP movement believes and/or is starting to believe the Republican Party has no standards and unless they start understanding this simple fact how can they make any corrections.  There must be standards for judging the rightness and wrongness of any political behavior and if there is no elevation of Principles and a finding of ethics there will be no correctness in the Party’s direction.

We shall see what is to happen to the Republican Party it they do not change their attitude and raise their principles and standards thereby gaining the ethical positioning to attract the Tea Party Folks.  If this doesn’t happen the Republican Party will find themselves more and more at odds with the TP movement and I’m afraid they will find themselves on the short end of a political stick.

The power brokers in both parties, along with the people have not done justice to the future generations of America Young People.  The split and deterioration of society will not come along political lines but along and between age brackets of our young and older Americans.  The damage too and destruction of the political system will come but the real un-repair of the social fabric will be with the people themselves.   Young and old will not be reconcilable—–a serious problem.
