Read and Weep

I was called to task for using an improper descriptive adjective in one of my e-mails. The e-mail goes out to a small group of people I send things to from time to time. It offend this politician so much, he ask me to take him off my mailing list. What I should have done instead of using that slang, crude word, was use a couple of words from the Bible to express my feelings and what I think of these so called Statesman in Washington DC and at state levels along with all you local guys. I’m not sure who said it but “If the shoe fits wear it”. If it doesn’t fit, then act like a “Statesman”.Saint Paul in the book of “Romans” chapter 1 tells us what people and these politicians are really like and it is not a pretty picture and if this doesn’t fit you as a politician praise God, stand up, pass the ammunition, and do something to save this country. They are “vain in their imaginations”, “their foolish heart was darkened”, “God gave them over to a reprobate mind”. “Being filled with all unrighteousness” and I’ll stop there you can read the balance of what I think prevails within our government and applies to our Politicians. (Romans 1:29-32. King James Bible)
After receiving the e-mail calling me to task for using the slang, crude word implying what the politician is, I received this article, saying “read this”. If this doesn’t make your American Red Blood boil and ask the simple question, what are these politicians doing to us, nothing will.
Read it and weep
http://thenewamerican.com/history/world/186-chiles-social-security-successPS. The word I used to describe our politicians in the e-mail was “Slime Balls” for which I’m truly sorry it did not bring glory to God. From now on I’ll stick to the Bible and use those words to describe our politicians. Instead of “slime balls” I should have used these words, as Luke did in Acts 17:5 “lewd fellows of the baser sort”. King James Bible.

“Slime Balls”
How about “dirtbags”?
How about “cowards”, like O’Reilly called Barney Frank?
How about lisome spined lizards?
If you want to be kinder and gentler, just call them wimps like I do.
Hmmm……… The Bible, eh? Very conservative what with talking snakes, parting seas and flying to be with Daddy after getting nailed to a tree. It’s just so———————-conservative.
See All Evil,
By your logic, the ones doing the nailing must have been liberals! Not a big deal for those that believe in the killing of those yet unborn, I suppose.
It’s interesting to see how some people equate one being a “conservative” with being a Christian. There are conservatives who are not Christians, but who stand up for what is right and morality.
As far as the talking snake, in Genesis Chapter 3 verse 14, we’re told that God judged the “serpent” by telling him “thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every best of the field; UPON THY BELLY THALT THOU GO AND DUST SHALT THOU EAT ALL THE DAYS OF THY LIFE”.
That creature was NOT the reptile that we know as the snake of today–it could stand upright, it talked–which was not the traditional snake as we know it. Revelation chapter 12 tells about the great red dragon–the same that was cast out of Heaven by God because of his rebellion against God. That creature is believed to be the same one that tempted Eve and the same one that enticed Herod to kill Jesus.
Parting seas? Nothing is too great for God–He created the seas, He can part them if He wants.
As far as Jesus “flying to be with daddy”–I understand where you are coming from, just have respect for Christ because He died so that you could have eternal life and you will see him the moment you die and will answer for your sins. I say this in love because our sins will be weighed against how much we know about God–so if you have an issue with God, why not take it to Him so things can be made right.
