When we the people allow our government to buy our loyalty to them with entitlements like welfare and with social experiments like Affirmative Action, we will eventually collapse from within. Robbing Peter to pay Paul only benefits the robber!

One of the undesirable consequences of this is the people putting too much faith in man and government. After all, why bite the hand that feeds?

The government loves to give us things but that generally does not give us hope that things will get better. It is our faith that gives us hope, not government. This last election, many voted for hope! Hope comes from inside!

Does anyone notice that the government caters to those that “want”? The “occupiers” would be just one big example! The government claims that they can make us equal, if only we vote for them. This is accomplished by taking from the haves and giving it to the have-nots, not from their own pockets! This is just another Marxist tactic to win over voters and is class warfare that this administration is expert at.

Is this what we want in America, blaming the rich for the poor being poor (excuse me, the less fortunate). We all know that the vast majority of poor are poor because of the choices they make. We should help the disabled and incapable, not the able bodied!

If we are to survive, we must be self reliant and not look for government solutions. Our wealth is created by “we the people”, not government. If we believe that government is the solution, we have lost confidence in ourselves! If we are lost in the woods without the government to help us, would we survive or perish?

The government is not here to keep us alive unless we are incapable. That is up to each of us! The best thing they can do is get out of the way! If anything, it is the government that needs the people and this is why they want to buy our votes. We create all the wealth and the government has become the “redistributers”! Please keep that in mind when going to the polls this November.
