Ted Kennedy’s Legacy
Aug 26th, 2009 by The Outsider
During Ted Kennedy’s political career, he supported policies that were Socialistic, like taking money from the working class and giving it to the non-working class awhile he had inherited millions and had offshore bank accounts to evade paying taxes. At the same time, he was always for raising taxes on people who were struggling to get by.
He supported the Obama health-care bill which would have denied him the health-care he took advantage of during his last year of life. By the way, that policy is a private insurance of his choice, not a government policy that Obama wants us to have. Of course, we the taxpayers pay for his insurance, our insurance and the health-care that all the uninsured receive by going to emergency rooms in hospitals all over the country.
None of us really know what happened at Chappaquiddick. Ted waited 7 hours before he even reported the incident. Had he had his way, he would never have reported it.
He supported the killing of the unborn, which to me is playing God. One of the things that most liberals and Democrats believe in is that the government should give or take away our rights. Our rights are God given. Every time someone votes for a Democrat, that person is turning over their rights and freedoms to the government to decide which rights you deserve to have or which rights should be taken away. With the Marxist tendencies of the Democrats, certain groups deserve certain rights and others don’t.
The mainstream media and the Democrat party will portray Ted Kennedy as a hero, posthumously, to the people because of his intentions, and will not mention the real tragedy of his and the Democrat parties failed social policies or how they helped to divide and destroy our society.
He will be no hero to me but I do wish his family peace!
