The “Root” Problem-Slavery

The root of most of our present day problems can be summed up very simply. Most conservatives have faith in God and follow His 10 Commandments as best they can and most liberal “Progressives” put more faith in government and man’s law. It’s all a matter of what we are taught and by whom and why! All the more reasons for school choice, isn’t it? The Progressives will say we do have a choice if we pay extra for private schools. Yes, the people that have a good income can but what about the poorest? It comes down to sticking to our principles based on our faith in God or putting our faith in man. That said, why do the Democrats want to “help” the poverty stricken by giving all kinds of entitlements except for a good education? It just might have something to do with getting votes. I consider that to be a form of economic slavery and oppression of freedom for the poorest! That is immoral just as it was keeping slave workers on a plantation over 200 years ago!
