Three Generations of Public School Failure

We all should remember Louis Ruckeyser. He was the host of “Wall Street Week” on PBS for over 30 years until he was fired in 2002. He died in 2006 at the age of 73 and was a real gentleman. He was also concerned about our public schools and had a special on PBS about that very subject in May of 1995, not received well by the PBS hierarchy. Mr Ruckeyser was, himself, a public school graduate. Below is the article, even more relevant today.

Public schools have become more about indoctrination and jobprovision than teaching. The more I know the less faith I have
in our government schools.
