We expect some Union leaders to intimidate the people they disagree with but not the Boy Scouts. Nick Balzano, president of the Service Employees International Union’s Allentown chapter, did just that. Those Boy Scouts are a scary bunch and need to be dealt with, yes sir! Nick better sue that evil Boy Scout! But, uh-oh, the Boy Scout has no money. No problem, Nick will just sue the city for allowing that Boy Scout, 17-year-old Kevin Anderson, from voluntarily clearing a walking path in a local park, thinking he was doing everyone a favor!
