		<description>International and National Unions  were always the biggest of the "scabs" (notice the usage of a union term) Local and Internal Company unions, for the most part, outlived their usefulness after the Second World War. Small to Medium size Companies have no real need for one, if the ownership cares properly for it's employees. In the latter 19th and early 20th Century they did serve a purpose.
Unions, Huge Corporations, and Big Governments are all parasitical opportunists upon the worker citizens.
