What can the “Lesser Magistrate” do?

I have thought this was the case for some time now, all the bad guys must do is buy the votes.
“We have 50 percent of people who are getting something for nothing,” said Curtis Dubay, senior tax policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation.
I have not really seen this in writing, now I have. What the heck is Rush, Beck and Hannity going to say about this and worse, how does anyone think they will make the lesser Magistrate do anything about this, why they can’t, and what is the bottom line, you can’t even vote the bad guys out, can you?
If the percentage keeps going up, what is to happen to the few good guys that are paying their tax? Now wouldn’t that be a trick, if the good guys turned out to be the ones that are not paying their taxes and we fools, that pay, are really the bad guys for keeping a corrupt government solvent, or trying too.
Boy this is getting confusing and I guess the only thing I can say is WE SHALL SEE and very shortly who really is the fool.
