What did we do?
Jan 24th, 2009 by Randy Toman
The problem we face is not undue pessimism or negativity, but complacency and misplaced trust, and I believe the case could be made against “misplaced trust” because we really haven’t misplaced anything but rather have been bought off cheap in the corrupt market place called politics.
We have sold and the politicians have bought our cheap souls for an embarrassingly low price and we add insult to that because our complacency tells them we are cowards on top of our cheap purchase price. We have not and will not speak out with any intensity that reflects the urgency of the situation.
The low price we have placed on our souls must also reflect what we think of this land and the price our forefathers have paid for it. With each of President Obama’s insults on our integrity we should crawl deeper into the hole to hide our faces and pray the children don’t ask—“ What did our fathers do to us?

Excellent!
