What is Sad?

Presidential and Governors Executive Power is of “Prerogative” and is to be used for the good of the people and not against them. Edward S. Corwin, John Locke and probably a number of others have stated executive powers as “Prerogatives” within these confines. And as long as it is used for the benefit of the people, they will not question prerogative. It will be deemed a benefit and good for the people and thereby through extension good for the country.
What happens if the executive power is used wrongly and the people perceive it as good and beneficial for them and the country? But in reality is it not good and the people have been deceived and convinced of the benefit. IE: Welfare, socialistic tendencies, politically correctness, Global warming, Evolution, Educational system and a host of other “ism”.
If these types of flaws can be carried into Congress, where the politicians use these evils for good and good for evil Congress does wrong to the citizens. We have both the Congress and the Executive Branch with a tool by which they manipulate the people. If you add the Judiciary Branch to this same charade, we can have judicial legislation by false interpretation of the laws and it becomes apparent very quickly that we have a dangerous situation.
Montesquieu wrote:”When the legislative and executive powers are united in the same person, or in the same body of magistrates, there can be no liberty; because apprehensions may arise, lest the same monarch or senate should enact tyrannical laws, if the judiciary power be not separated from the legislative and executive. Were it joined with the legislative, the life and liberty of the subject would be exposed to arbitrary control; for the judge would be then the legislator.”
“The President” Office and powers 1787-1957 Edward S. Corwin New York university Press 1957
What happens if you add just a slight twist to what is being said by Montesquieu? What if the people don’t know the “Right’ from the “Wrong” and have been deceived through ignorance and want of the evil? And it is convenient for all three branches to keep us in the dark because of their want of power and the people because of their want of pleasure, what happens then?
We claim the ignorance and continue in liking the pleasure, Congress, the president with his Executive Prerogative and the Judges rule by court each of them with their power and us with pleasure, all the while we know there is something wrong. We have become so complacent to this situation of control through evil that we are now in grave danger. There is no righteous indignation—there isn’t even indignation—and that is sad.
Romans 1: 32— King James Bible
“Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.”
