Where is the Law?

The White-house is being run by people that have no regard for the law or the Constitution. Our free country cannot stand under these obvious conditions of corruption perpetrated by our president.
Here is a Quote from Jeffrey T. Kuhner, who is a columnist at The Washington Times and president of the Edmund Burke Institute.
“The entire health care “reform” process has been marked by scandal and massive corruption - the “Louisiana Purchase,” the $300 million in extra Medicaid funds to acquire the vote of Sen. Mary L. Landrieu, Louisiana Democrat; the “Cornhusker Kickback,” the $100 million offered to pick up the costs of Medicaid expansion for Nebraska to get Democratic Sen. Ben Nelson’s support; the $5 billion set-aside to pay for Florida’s Medicare exemption to win over Democratic Sen. Bill Nelson; and the special deals given to influential labor unions on high-cost, so-called “Cadillac” insurance plans.”
How long can our Sovereignty and freedoms last with Obama and the Democrats in control and no-one to answer to? The mainstream media is complicit in what is going on by not investigating the criminal activity and instead, covering up for Obama.

[…] We see this in the debate over the “Health Care” issue. The so called facts of the bill clearly show major evils to be present and yet these talking points continue to be ignored by both sides. Points such as abortion or the fact that the bill is clearly outside of the “Constitution” and the bill is not to be interpreted as a “Right” of the citizens. Ask yourself why these different points of contention cannot be worked through? It has become increasingly clear that we have a dispositional/spiritual type problem of and with evil nature’s. Yet no one will say, “Is not that evil and the consist doing of evil make the person by nature and disposition an evil person. http://www.lehighvalleyconservative.com/where-is-the-law/ […]
We’re going to see what’s left of constitutional authority if Obamacare passes. There are bound to be (or there had damned well better be) constitutional challenges to the mandating of health care coverage. I have spent the past 6-months arguing with libs over Obamacare. It is astounding how much trust they place in government and how little they know about the free market. Liberal academia and the MSM certainly have made their mark.
On another front. Interesting to see if anything comes of the alleged WH offer to Sestak for a job if he got out of the race against Specter.
I was surprised that Sestak had the nerve to mention his WH deal to the media. The only media that will mention it is the local media and Fox, other than the conservative blogsites. The WH may make him a deal he won’t dare refuse just to keep him quiet. Sestak will probably change his story since it is too late to deny a deal was made for his backing out of the primary. After all, Sestak is a dem and he has to be a dirtbag to fit in the party. I’m also surprised at Bart Stupak hanging on to his morals. That seems to be detrimental for one’s position in life and career limiting, (if not ending), to refuse to tow the far left party line. Remember Jim Traficant? Then there was Ron Brown, Vincent Foster…etc…etc! The Democrat leadership seems to be..uh..well, shall we say..mob like!
