Why buy Gold and Silver?
May 30th, 2010 by Randy Toman
I believe we are running out of time and the economy along with the dollar is about to take a dive off the edge. This is what one of the many newsletters I get, has to say. I have been ridiculed and made fun of my non educated stabs in the dark predictions at what the economy is going to do. My point was and is we are heading for super-inflation with the inflation being a currency event and the dollar being destroyed.
Anyone following anything must know God and Silver is poised to take over as the only safe haven that will act as something that can save your wealth, all paper will be worthless, especially the dollar. They are systematically making it worthless and the argument is unfolding right in front of us, are we to close to see it.
Here you go—now this guy has quite the following, and maybe what he has to say will make some sense.
In civilization after civilization, currencies have been devalued by a host of means — all of them giving birth to new bull markets in gold which protected investors, time after time.
And today, the reasons behind gold’s massive increase in purchasing power are not all that different …
#1. Paper money is being systematically devalued by central bankers and politicians, especially in the U.S. and Europe.
#2. The private sector and investors are losing confidence in governments all over the world.
#3. Geopolitical tension and civil strife is more prevalent than it has been in at least the last 40 years.
#4. The wild, out-of-control spending and debt accumulating that’s ingrained in today’s culture, especially in the U.S. and Europe.
And all of this is occurring as global gold production continues to dwindle in some regions of the world. Example: South Africa where gold production is now at its lowest level in 86 years.
This guy goes into deeper explanations of what is happening but that is not needed here. My point is to only tell you there is coming a worthless dollar and you will see things costing more. Why, because it will take more worthless dollars to buy the item next year—-isn’t that inflation?
We Shall See—–Don’t you think??????
